  • Original artworks typically ship within 3–7 business days.

    Prints are custom made to order in Australia and may require up to 10 business days before dispatch.

  • All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

    Original artworks are shipped flat or rolled depending on size and medium.

    Prints are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes to prevent damage.

  • Free local pickup is available on Saturday‍s from ‍Surfing Lizard Café, Secret Harbour between 8:00 am and 8:30 am.

    After placing your order, the artist will contact you directly to confirm your pickup date and details.

    Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your artwork.

  • Local delivery is available for customers in Rockingham and surrounding areas.

    After your order is placed, the artist will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

  • Orders are shipped from Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post or courier services.

    Delivery times vary by location:

    Standard delivery is 3–10 business days.

    Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • International orders are shipped using reliable carriers and include tracking where available.

    Shipping rates for international orders are calculated individually based on the destination, current carrier rates, the weight and size of the artwork, and any special packaging requirements needed to protect your piece.

    Delivery times typically range from 2–4 weeks, depending on customs processing and destination.

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

  • Each original piece is created with great care, and I want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. Because originals are one‑of‑a‑kind, they are not eligible for return, but if your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out so I can make it right.

    Before making a purchase, please ensure that you review the images, dimensions, and product description carefully to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

  • If your print or product arrives damaged or with a defect, I’m here to help. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

  • As a small creative business, I’m unable to accept returns for change‑of‑mind reason. I encourage you to take your time choosing the perfect piece, and I’m always happy to answer questions before you order.

  • If your order seems delayed, feel free to get in touch. I’ll do my best to assist and follow up with the carrier, though some postal or customs delays are unfortunately outside my control.

    Include clear photos of any damage so I can understand what happened and help quickly.

    After reviewing the issue, I’ll let you know the next steps and how to return the item if needed.

    Returning artwork should be sent back within 14 days of delivery. For its safe journey home, please package it securely to prevent further damage.

  • Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, I’ll organise your refund.

    Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
